Our Outreach
The RangeWater Impact Foundation strengthens communities by investing in programs that expand opportunity, provide essential resources, and support those facing critical challenges. Through strategic partnerships, the Foundation focuses on workforce development, housing stability, food security, veteran support, and disaster relief across the markets we serve.
The Foundation partners with Construction Ready to provide career training and pathways to employment in the construction industry, recently celebrating the organization’s 50th graduating class.
Through a national partnership with Entryway, RWIF helps individuals overcoming homelessness access employment, housing, and long-term career opportunities. In 2025, the partnership expanded across Tampa, Atlanta, and Charlotte, with additional support in Arizona, Dallas, and Denver.
We also honor those who serve(d) our country through its ongoing partnership with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, supporting Veteran Villages in Bradenton, Denver, and Atlanta that provide stable housing and supportive environments for veterans, first responders, and their families.
Immediate community needs remain a priority throughout the year
To help combat food insecurity, the Foundation supports leading regional food banks, including Metro Caring Denver, Atlanta Community Food Bank, and Feeding Tampa Bay. In response to natural disasters in 2025, RangeWater Impact Foundation provided emergency relief grants to communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina and severe flooding in the Texas Hill Country. Together, these efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful, lasting impact in the communities where we live, work, and invest.
